This Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold by Bag n Go Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") through our website, including our Business Plan Template, Profit and Loss Statement Template, and Pro Forma Balance Sheet Template. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a purchase has been made and the product has been delivered.

1. Why We Have an All-Sales-Final Policy

Our products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase. Because the files can be accessed, downloaded, and used right away, we are unable to verify whether a product has been reviewed or used after delivery. For this reason, all digital product sales are non-refundable.

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, preview images, and any available sample content before completing a purchase.

2. What Is Included in Each Product

To help you make an informed purchase decision, here is a summary of what each digital product includes:

3. Delivery of Digital Products

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased file(s) via a download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is entered correctly at the time of purchase.

If you do not receive your download link within [30] minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us. We will make reasonable efforts to resend the link upon verified request.

4. Exceptions

While our general policy is no refunds, we will review requests in the following limited circumstances:

You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error on our end.
You purchased the same product twice by mistake within the same transaction session.
The file delivered was corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from what was described.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to contest the dispute and provide evidence of delivery and this policy to the payment processor. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of access to future purchases from our website.
